The style of Gandhara art can be defined as a style of Buddhist visual art that developed in what is now northwest Pakistan and eastern Afghanistan between the 1st century BCE and the 7th century CE.

Offered for sale is a genuine and lovely ancient sculpture, mounted on a square piece of wood covered in cloth. The mount itself is pretty old based on materials, probably 1940s or so. It is ready to hung on your wall and be admired. The stand used in the photographs is not included.
