Offered for sale today is a 1930s charming tin litho wind-up chicken toy. Hand-cranked and beautifully lithographed, the hen comes to life with a loud cluck and joyfully laying eggs from her cozy nest. The size is approximately 5" in length and 4-3/4" tall.

The tin lithography is excellent with vibrant colors. Small paint scuffs and tiny scratches. It displays and works great! Insert the 'eggs' through the upper opening, then manually turn the crank. After four or five rotations, observe as a single egg emerges from the lower opening. It comes with 2 marbles (eggs).
