Available for sale is a set of 2 vintage Corgi WWII Hanomag Sdktz 251/1 Semi-Track Rocket Launchers. Both are loose, missing the rockets. One seems to have a few splotches of black color added, perhaps for camouflage. Otherwise in great condition. Both come with plastic grids installed at the top, and one with a soldier managing the machine gun. One of the top grids has camouflage installed. The ones with the grid seem fairly common, however, the one with the camouflaged grid seems scarce. For collectors of military diecast vehicles, this set featuring two German WWII vehicles is a must-have.

The Sd.Kfz. 251, often referred to simply as the "Hanomag" after its manufacturer, Hannoversche Maschinenbau AG, was a German half-track armored personnel carrier used during World War II. Introduced in 1939, it became one of the most widely used armored vehicles by the German army throughout the war.

Designed to transport infantry across the battlefield, the Sd.Kfz. 251 could carry up to 10 fully equipped soldiers along with its crew. Its armored hull provided protection against small arms fire and shell splinters, while its tracks allowed it to traverse difficult terrain.

Despite its vulnerabilities to enemy anti-tank weapons and its relatively thin armor compared to fully tracked vehicles, the Sd.Kfz. 251 proved to be a versatile and valuable asset for the German army, seeing action on all fronts of the war. Its production continued until the end of the war, with over 15,000 units manufactured in total.
