Winter Glow Giveaway 2026
Winter Glow Giveaway 2026
Official Rules
1. Sponsor and no-purchase entry
The sponsor and administrator is World Class Antiques, 18 King Street East, Suite 1400, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M5C 1C4 (the Sponsor). No purchase, payment or newsletter subscription is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or marketing opt-in will not improve your chances of winning.
2. Entry period
Entries open December 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. and close December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m., Eastern Time (Toronto). The entry system closes at January 1, 2027 at 12:00 a.m. Toronto time. Entries must be received by the system before that closing boundary. Viewing the preview, a video or these rules is not an entry.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, and the United States who are at least 18 years old when entering. Void where prohibited. The Sponsor and persons administering this promotion are not eligible to win. Eligibility declarations are subject to verification before a prize is confirmed; submission of an entry is not proof of eligibility.
4. How to enter and daily limit
During the entry period, complete the online entry form, provide the required contact details, answer the promotion research question, and accept the rules and eligibility declaration. Submit the form and wait for confirmation. No WCA membership, purchase or video viewing is required.
Limit one entry per person per calendar day, using the same email address throughout the promotion. Calendar days run from midnight to midnight Toronto time. Do not use multiple email addresses, identities, automated tools or bulk-entry services to obtain extra entries. The system applies a daily email limit; the Sponsor also reviews duplicate identities and other rule violations. An accepted submission is not a final determination of eligibility. The research answer is not judged or scored and does not increase the chance of winning.
5. Prizes and approximate retail value
Three prizes are available. Each prize consists of one quartz crystal point and one LED base, with an approximate retail value of CAD $75. Total approximate retail value: CAD $225. Photographs illustrate the prize; natural crystal appearance may vary. One prize maximum per person. All eligible entries share one prize pool; there is no regional allocation of prizes. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable by the winner.
6. Odds and candidate selection
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of valid daily entries submitted by each person. More valid daily entries can increase a person's chance of selection, subject to the one-prize-per-person limit.
The random candidate draw is expected around January 15, 2027, approximately 15 calendar days after the final entry day. The automated process randomly orders eligible entries, selects candidates for the three prizes, and records two alternates. Repeated entries associated with an already selected email identity cannot receive another prize. Candidate selection is provisional: it does not itself confirm a winner or publish a name. A technical or eligibility issue can require Sponsor review before the draw completes; any necessary change to the announced process must be communicated and handled in accordance with applicable law.
7. Verification, contact and alternates
After selection, the Sponsor will contact potential winners using the supplied email address or telephone number. This contact is performed by the Sponsor; the entry confirmation and automated internal draw notice are not prize-award notices. Potential winners must respond within five business days after the Sponsor's initial notification. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding Ontario statutory holidays.
Before confirming a Canadian potential winner, the Sponsor will administer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be answered correctly without assistance. The antiques-preference question on the entry form does not replace that question. Potential winners must also satisfy eligibility and identity verification. If a candidate is ineligible, declines, fails the required verification or does not respond within the stated period, the Sponsor may disqualify that candidate and review the next recorded alternate. Candidate outcomes and alternate decisions are recorded; an automatic redraw is not promised.
8. Confirmation and winner announcement
The Sponsor must confirm the selected candidates and explicitly approve the public announcement before names appear on the winner page. Public display will be limited to first names with last-name initials, and city and country. Display details will be checked with confirmed winners before publication. Email addresses, telephone numbers, street addresses and entry answers will not be published. There is no automatic public announcement merely because the draw date has arrived.
9. Delivery
Following verification and confirmation, the Sponsor will arrange delivery to each winner's eligible Canadian or United States mailing address. The Sponsor pays standard shipping and delivery/import charges; personal income-tax obligations, if any, remain the winner's responsibility. No payment is required to claim a prize. Winners must supply accurate delivery information.
10. Personal information and optional marketing
Names, contact and mailing details, declarations and entry information are used to administer the promotion, check eligibility and entry limits, contact candidates and deliver prizes. Research answers are used to understand visitors' interests; they are not a scoring criterion. SEPONE Forms processes entry data on the Sponsor's behalf. Only the reviewed public winner details described above are announced.
Marketing consent is separate and optional. Declining it does not prevent entry or affect selection. Any marketing messages must follow the separate consent and unsubscribe process. See WCA's Privacy Policy at https://worldclassantiques.com/help/privacy-policy.aspx for additional information and privacy contacts. Optional YouTube media is subject to the provider's privacy terms; playing a video is not required to enter.
11. Integrity and questions
Incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise ineligible entries may be rejected or disqualified after review. Technical acceptance does not waive these rules. Any correction or necessary interruption must preserve fair treatment and comply with applicable law. Contact the Sponsor through the WCA Contact page at https://worldclassantiques.com/contact.aspx about the promotion, accessibility or privacy. Keep the entry confirmation for reference.
